The So Cal Palomino Division would like to say THANK YOU to Bill Blaylock, the North Region Director, for his efforts this past year to do double duty as the So Cal Palomino Division Director. His efforts and leadership were instrumental in the development and growth of the So Cal Palomino program. Bill has willingly agreed to continue to assist with the So Cal Palomino Division to help it continue in its growth and improvement.
